please tell me i get a refund on runepages bought with rp currently i have 12 runepages which of 7 are bought with the rp bundle.

It will probably be the same compensation as rune pages bought with IP.

I have the same question, I bough my runepages (with RP) because i preferred to keep my IP for buying runes (for those runepages). What am I getting as a reward? something that i can buy with Blue Essence? Thats NOT fair at all. I want someting that requires payment like skins,emotes, wards..., instead of something I can get for free.
