Missing Report Option - Griefing: Feeding as Bot-Human Summoner

Anyone else notice how EU West (EUW) [and possibly other regions as well] are getting overwhelmed with possibly at least one bot disguised as a human summoner? I have redacted out all usernames except my own for now and I have no problem providing the name to Riot if necessary in this last game (Especially since the red text is part of what is redacted). This bot went completely through the middle lane and fed 7 times, after which, the bot software seemed to be a little "smarter" for a bit and had the bot between the 2 middle outer turrets and near the end of the game, the bot was just in the pool and stayed there. The stats of the bot-like player speak for themselves (including more deaths [7] than levels [6]).

In-game I thought the purpose of the bot was to level; however, the goal seemed to be purely to get wins, this bot had wins in the 30s and was already level 30. It would be great if a red could respond to reassure us that this is something that Riot is working on resolving as this ruins the fun of playing League of Legends (if I wanted to play with a bot ally, I'd go custom). I am also quite certain that this account of this feeder player was only intended to gain wins after already achieving Level 30.

Note: The name above is only a suggestion to make it clear that this behavior is unique versus a regular Griefing: Feeding as this account works entirely like a bot, with no in-game communication at all. I will add that I have seen this many times now.
