Heim's turret damage

Loving the counterplay I have vs heim as singed in lane (inb4 wtf u doing mid, this was in top lane), wp riot on giving that swarmy little bastard turret machine 100-0% potential in 6 seconds of turret damage, please for the love of god either remove heim from the game admitting he can never be properly balanced or nerf all his damage into the floor.

Fuck it, or remove singed from the game as you either don't understand the champion or just don't give a shit if he's viable or not, at least then there wouldn't be anything to keep me playing
