How do I beat a tank that deals a fuckton of damage?

I just played 3v3 vs a tank who killed everyone just by running at us and spamming his Q with conqueror. He already did enough damage to 2v1 and once he got he was just unstoppable.. He went , he had most damage dealt and most damage taken and got their team so ahead (first tower at 4 min) that their and just had to spam their Q's while we could neither get away from , nor could we kill him unless they screwed up a towerdive.. What are you supposed to do against this stuff?

Uh....first off: Hec is not a tank. Second off: Buy Grievous Wounds in the form of Exe or Morello to shut down his healing. Also locking him down goes long ways.

3 of those items deal damage maybe not full damage but he has a dot around him a sheen proc and bruiser item

so he isn't building TANK

an exclusive tank build would for example be warmogs, spiriti, adaptive, randuin, gargoyle, ninja tabi/mercs

this would be a TANK focused build

now most tanks build either sunfire and a sheen (iceborn) and some get abyssal these are technically tank items as well but they are sacrificing some defense for some offense

this is a choice because an exclusive tank build is completely useless in any scenario outside of pro play and even they build some additional damage like sunfire just so they have some agency

in that particular game you needed healing reduction and time to scale as tryndamere reaches a point where he can cut through people like butter
