What is Fizz weakness? Expecially the new one seems a lot more powerful (at least on paper).
He has always been on my ban list, because on any of my mains (Aurelion Sol and Xerath) he would have just to land a pointblank ult to have a free kill. the new one scares me even further. Now ofc I could keep him banned 24/7 but I'd like to know how to deal with him by ppl who play him or can control him.
Cocho3 votesHe's a melee champ in the mid lane, so you really need to punish him and gain a lead before 6. You could also try to poke him down so he isn't ever healthy enough to engage. Fizz seems like he would be good against your picks. Maybe just try running 
and making an early

The new shark isn't doing as much damage if he barrel stuffs you with it. So he going to want to throw it far which is easier to dodge. A rune page with mr on it could also help if you just really dont want to die.
Something like, magic pen reds, scaling health yellow, flat mr or scaling mr blues, flat mr or flat ap quints.
Scaling mr blues becomes more effective than flat mr blues at level 9. So it depends when you have problems with him. A full plz don't kill me page would have scaling mr with flat mr.

Penns2 votesPush early, harass him and never walk into his Q range for no reason and you should be good, especially with Exhaust. Abyssal and Zhonyas stop him from oneshotting you but those might not be the best items on these champs, just a can help tho.
Basically fuck him up level 1 and 2, stay out of his Q range at level 3+ and if you dont die in lane you basically won it. At level 6+ you should also always push mid so that he either has to stay mid and cant roam to get kills or you just damage/take his tower (or follow him) while his turret kills your minions.
Laustin Space2 votesNew Fizz is nerfed across the board. No more %HP bleed, no more 20% magic damage amp from his R and it does less damage when used point blank. His W active now has to be delayed 2 seconds after the bleed starts ticking before the damage is even worth it and it's still less than the damage it did before with 3 autos which was normally achieved in that 2 second window regardless.
