My Teams are Legit and Utter Trash...

First time on the forum but this is rediculess ive been demoted twice now down to G5 because, i can't get out of my lane phase without all mid or all top turrets gone. What is this i main adc do very well each laning and can't win a single game now i went on a big winstreak and now cant get past 15min without one or both lanes completely useless to the point of no return. I fucking hate this shit man ima blow up in one of these games pretty soon somthing needs to change NOW! I tried to link a website that would let you see my games "the replays" but couldnt find one, so i could give evidence of teams not meeting eachother standards. I dont mean or want to be toxic but i cant help it when im getting throwin into a game for 20-30mins that i lost in 10-15mins.
