Refund Tokens are a must have for all league of legends players who think a skin is worth buying but then realize its not as cool as expected. Not all league players have a PBE account where they can just try anything they want before buying them on the regular server. If you aren't going to efficiently grant us refund tokens, at least let us earn them in some way. Hopefully i get acknowledged by the development team.

Meanwhile some skins feel like crap to actually play. Infernal nasus q is apparently one a few people complain about because it has a funky lag to it or something.

They said if they added more it would be abused... you gave the answer in your severe questioning. I am innocent here. I just put a link to a riot statement about refunds.
