Learn to play around her daggers. When I play kat and someone stands on my dagger after I Q... they are just asking for me to kill them. She has to outplay you to win. Remember that. If she shunpos on you at lvl 3, instantly run. Do not trade with her after lvl 3 by standing still when she shunpos on you. E-W-Auto-Q-E-Auto with ignite you are dead lvl 3 if you stand there or walk into her Q.

if you don't let her get easy kills on you early, call out when she roams and don't let her secure kills by roaming to get fed, she will be useless late game.

no kat is broken. Exhaust has no effect on her. there was a kat that was shut down in lane, like 2 or 3 kills and 9 or so deaths and she was at like 25% health or so she was heading towards my fed af adc i exhausted kat and started running towards the enemy base, me and the adc were in comms and told me to more forwards, and next thing i see on the screen "------ has been shut down". So tell me how kat is not op. A kat that was shut down, not many items 2 or 3 almost no kills against a adc that had i believe 12 or so kills almost no deaths gets 100-0 by a kat that was exhausted had no items to activate items.
