jesus fucking christ.... i know I'm new to the game but where the hell do you buy rune pages. i go to account and everything and the only shit that pops up is the god darn summoner name change. I searched up on google and it just says to go to "other" section in the store but that doesn't exist. Please help

It's essentially tagged as "Not a Rune", so you'll want to uncheck the Tier options for it to show up, or if you're in the new client select "Show All". This isn't intended and they will fix it.
