So, I make this post to ask for help. I have looked at a million guides and spoken to some people who are plat/diamond. But none of them actually are willing to help. I would like to speak to someone preferably diamond so that I know the information is good rather. Im sure some of the info gold and even bronze people tell me but it's so diluted or as it comes down the ranks I just want to be the guy who DOESNT feed, who knows what to do WHY and WHAT things are done and the logic behind them Please help Im trying my best not to be toxic or rude to anyone but sometimes it slips and I just want to have a reason to explain to someone like if i suggest something i want validity behind my suggestion. I also would like some personal help. I would be greatly appreciative thank you in for taking the time to read and or post back.

If you don't want to feed, then spend the time you're dead+walking back to lane figuring out what you could have done to not have died in the first place. Everything is too situational and there is no general set of rules to not die, since whether you die or not is based on how well or poorly you and your opponent are playing along with champions being picked. There are some basic things, such as learning to give up farm if it's going to cost you half your HP for instance, and farming under tower if the opposing jungler ganks a lot unless you're playing something with sustain or a lot of durability. You have to be able to recognize your own mistakes.

As for knowing what to do, when, and why... I find that is generally something you develop through experience and no amount of explaining will help you with that other than someone watching and going over the mistakes with you. What you do and when+why will also depend on your play style and champion being played, along with the situation.
