Talking about bard

I believe that bard needs more to bring to the table in the support role. So I'm going to propose some changes :D

Since bard's Q and auto attacks are basically his only damage and its not much. But meeps can be extremely powerful when you get lots of chimes but its too much before they start to get really good and by then its late game anyways. So the meep upgrades could cost less chimes to help bard be stronger or perhaps just remove a couple upgrades by either:

• Having meeps on every Auto attack which gets rid of the time reduction upgrade on them ( which i think would be too strong but I'm leaving it here anyway xD )
• taking the lower cooldown of meep respawn away from chimes and make it actually get reduced by bard's cool down
  I like the second one because i think bard would be better off incorporating cool down and having strong meeps more often. Cool down is already good for bard so he can throw out more Q's and ult more. As well as with my second idea for a change for bard is to make his ult travel time reduced by cool down. Because trying to hit a bard ult at its max range is almost unthinkable and if it even hits it could be too late by then anyways.

If these changes did happen i feel like bard would be in a better place, but I'm not saying he is bad just that he could use a little more help. Bard would be able to still have some damage this way and build tankier instead of being somewhat squishy and not having any damage.
