Weird Loss

I was playing a 5v5 classic with Jax, basically 2 of my team mates quit out because they didn't get the lane they wanted. The game went on and as we were about to win, the enemy nexus wouldn't blow up, my character continued to attack for about 3 seconds, and the health bar disappeared, but we couldn't win. Then the enemy team destroyed our nexus, this does make me somewhat salty because even with 2 people disconnecting we still should have won. Has anyone had an issue like this?
