Divisions 1 and 2 (All)

I feel as if Riot Games put all the toxic people into two divisions for all tiers and those divisions are closest to getting into silver, gold, plat, or diamond making it hard on the people who WANT to climb a lot more harder which in my opinion seems messed up like the nerf to kappa. BUT to keep track on the subject Riot please do something you are making me lose my freakin mind over here... I would also like more dank memes
