Sated Devourer

The way I'm interpreting the patch notes is that you get the stacks whether it's a kill or assist on jungle monsters, 5 for epics, 1 for champs, 1 for larges and 2 for scuttle, but if someone else finishes drag, or scuttle it's only giving 1 stack. To use your example, when killed by a mega-Rend from Kalista. Is that intended or is that a mistake?
