Alright, a play-by-play of why this is a pretty bad idea. I won't be petty and focus on grammar, since that has no bearing on your ability to make good points, but I will fix some of it in quotes. Anyways, let's get to it:
after the appearance of new OP midlaners such as zed and fizz and yasuo i think Twisted fate needs a rework
Why though? Why Twisted Fate in particular? Why not Anivia? Or Annie? Played by a skilled Summoner, Twisted Fate is one of the most terrifying champions in the game with his ult, teleport, and stuns in-hand
P;
tf rolls his 2 lucky dices receiving from 2 to 12 bonus gold when he kill a unit
Interesting change, I admit, I like it. But again, why?
Q;
the Q is the same however it silenced the enemy that it pass trought feom 0.5 second to 2 second (depends on the distance the card have travveled
Why the silence? Are these changes for the sake of change? TF is in a good state right now when a skilled player has him, there's really no need for this. A silence on his Q would get it nerfed into oblivion: It hurts!
Z;
the zed is the same but you add a green card with the symbol of a leaf that restore health up to 200 health
in addition it increase the range of TF by 200 unit in that card
Wait, what? Z? Zed? I'm going to assume that your keyboard is different and that you mean W. So, a healing card, not terrible in and of itself, but it still has a rework for the sake of a rework thing going on in it. Also, "up to 200 health"? So 200 health at max rank? That's 40 HP restored per rank. This card would have to be decently buffed to be worth picking over his other ones. It just seems like a blue-card foil, which I guess is it's purpose. But, so far, you haven't really pitched a rework, but a series of buffs.
E;
the E is the same however pressing the button allow TF to explode cards around him dealing damage like vladimir E (tides of blood)
also using an ability refreshes the E
Again, this is just a series of buffs. Nothing much has changed in your rework except adding a bunch of stuff. If Riot did this, they would have to nerf TF's damage across the board. That seems to be the opposite of what you want; TF to be able to "stand alone" in Mid, which he can do...as long as the person playing him is good. Down here in the pit of Bronze, which is where I'm going to (rudely, I'll admit) assume you are, we're not going to find many skilled Twisted Fates. And before you think I'm being an ass, take note of the pronoun game in that last sentence!
R;
same ult but increase range by 2000 unit to become 7500 instead of 5500 and TF become stealthed (invisible) for the same duration he reveal enemys in
Oh dear lord this will not work. His ult's range is already pretty huge, and increasing it will probably net a cooldown increase. And if I remember how Invisibility works...that's PURE stealth, right? Camouflage is stuff like Rengar, Twitch and Eve, where you can see them if they get close. INVISIBILITY is like Kha and Talon's ults: Pure cannot-be-seenness. You're talking about giving TF over five seconds of pure invisibility. If this was done, HOH DEAR BOI would there be a huge cooldown on it.
i hope you like my ideas because twisted fate need to get great again
and thank you for attention
In an uncertain term, your ideas need attention. Twisted Fate is okay where he is, he just needs to be played by people who know what the hell they're doing.
