... and managed to get me (Volibear) and Tahm before Cho could eat him. We were all near full build. I'd say it's pretty balanced. I rarely cry on champs, but I think this buff to Xin takes the cake...

Hm... I haven't been able to play Xin since the update, maybe I should. He's always been one of my favorites.
grievous wounds morello and ignite have never been more useful than this season imo. had it been vs a nasus, teemo, darius he would have insta died. when it comes to AA champs its very important to counter pick more so than vs any other type of champ.
Xin is extremely strong vs non DPS/Burst champs. It is your fault for not realizing how his build works around his kit, primarily his R and W.
Tanks don't tend to build many penetration stats so the effective health Xin is able to get from his auto-attacks is going to seem massive.
