Aatrox World breaker skin?/ Items cost 50% off and 12 item slots to build?/

I think Aatrox passive bloodwell should activate regardless if his bloodwell is not full and can go on cooldown for another revive from bloodwell and I think Aatrox should get a revived skin or a world breaker Aatrox skin with undamaged wings and shows the eyes and face and shows his bloodwell he drinks and I think the stacks should stay full when he fills his blood well. And his blood well does not go down unless he takes a fatal damage and bloodwell goes on cooldown and his blood well gives attack speed for 10% for each bloodwell stack.

And his darkflight should get buffed with a slow for 2 seconds and his blades of torment to give 10/20/30/40/50 armor and magic resist for 1 second and stays on ground on for 5 seconds on hit his life steal will not go back down as much. Blades of torment should stay on the ground for 5 seconds and slows and it heals him not take damage and blood price should use the price of health 10 health flat all levels and blood thirst should restore health double life steal at half health or 50% health life steal does double plus 100% ad and normal life steal 75% ad above half health.

And Aatrox aura near allys if he has his blood well not on cooldown range 750 Aatrox aura gives near ally's within range life steal 3% and 40 armor and 50 magic resist for each ally team near his aura range and aatrox can use his dark flight double ranged if he charges it more it can go double range . And I think Aatrox massacre mode should over fill his blood well cap and slow all enemys in range and his massacre mode is 20 seconds of Aatrox Massacre .and he can increase his blood well capacity to heal him more if he uses his bloodwell passive and only in his massacre mode his bloodwell capacity increases for 20 seconds of massacre so each damage he does fills his blood well pool capacity and Aatrox bloodwell regardless still fills and his heal cap increases also. But after 20 seconds of his massacre he does not gain any bloodwell capacity increase or health cap increase for each damage dealt. And Aatrox health capacity increases for each bloodwell damage he did to champions when he is using his Massacre spell for 20 seconds.And aatrox blood price does 200% + ad and doubles with cost of 10 health flat at all level 10/10/10/10/10 health cost and Aatrox gains critical chance capacity for each bloodprice strike and can fill critical chance 100% capacity max and he keeps a max capacity for critical chance and blood price can cause bleed effect damage if target are below 25% health for 3 seconds. I think Aatrox should have 3.0 attack speed capacity instead of 2.5 capacity max. I think Aatrox in the game is most gifted with his real talent, and he is true and powerful and different than any other champion than facing another aatrox of himself is his most challenge in game because i believe Aatrox can never reach 0 health against all champions all at once. I known Aatrox for god attack speed and god life steal and god of highest critical damage and Aatrox is just more better in score and no other champion can have a higher score than Aatrox like he is #1 and can win any tournament and never loses a fight regardless he gains and overpower the over power .
