if you try to e away from someone you're most likely going to jump behind them and knock them up and god forbid you play against a mobile person or a terrain placing champ and can we atleast get some mr scaling with his other skills other than his passive w and ult ._.

is you realize mr scaling is garbage.
the only 2 ap/mr items are 
(core buy on galio) and 
(can no longer use at all)
the only other MR items worth buying are 
which is ok in the super late game but not in the 1~3 item stage.
and 
where galio has no regen anymore making both of those buys lackluster.
so if you were to build any other items like say BoC, zzrot, GA, locket... were just going to laugh at you for wasting gold.
