A Normal Wins Number to play Ranked

Hi guys, i played league of legends since a lot ot time, right now im playing on LAS server, and in this time that i played this great game, i saw people that don't know how to play this in ranked, in normal games i really dont care if my teammate is "Noob", because the normals are to practice, or to have fun.

I have something to suggest: To play ranked, we have to win enough normals, to be skilled enough, because the people normally reach lv 30 and start to rank... and thats not the point, because you are going to ruin the other people ranked... i thought that we have to win 500 normals to play ranked, because this is becoming very annoying...

Just that, i hope some Rioter read this

Really bad idea.. Ill explain why and its very simple.. after 500 normal games, people will still suck. Think of it like this.. I've played probably 2000 games or more, and I'm silver 1.. Now compare me to someone who is diamond, masters or even challenger. Do you really think after 500 games i can compare to their lvl of play? Fuck no.. After 5000 games? Fuck no.. Basically, it doesn't matter how many games a player plays, some people are just better than others.

You may suck, but the difference is, if I ask you what the abilities of X champion is, your answer would definitely be more constructive. As opposed to say a guy who just reached to level 30 and believes it's time to go on ranked games. In addition, by playing normal games, players will not only increase their experience, but champion/rune page as well. Above all, it keeps troll accounts at bay.

This essentially means nothing tho.. alls it would do is raise the standards.. Pushing people who are say silver 5 to bronze 4 ...

They've already come up with a way to keep total noobs out of ranked. Level 30. By the time you reach level 30, you have some basic knowledge of the game. If you don't want to play with people who are just starting ranked and still sorta suck, then maybe you need to get better yourself.
