Not much has changed really, kaisa is still perfectly fine if not better with the earlier pen and vayne is still cancer cause they wont revert the buffs they slammed into her for no reason. Yi is still Yi so nothing has really changed.

Yi is a lot different but yeah he still does ridiculous amounts of damage. Thats because he's supposed to.
Vayne's Q CD has no business being that short, If they wanted to maintain the completely pointless "Hey lets have Vaynes R buff her other abilities!" they should've changed it to 20 / 35 / 50 instead of 30/40/50. Not that it matters because 20% of 2 seconds is still a negligible amount of time
I mean Vayne is pretty weak. If I was on the dev team, I personally think the Q changes rae wasted mostly because of the travel time on her Q. I would have her Q dash speed scale with her AS and MS, so as the game goes on she can maintain her max attack speed while still Qing. /s
but yeah, it's so silly that you can blind pick a champ like Vayne these days.
