new team builder formula

hello everyone, i hope this reaches Riot in some way, as i thought of a way to improve teambuilder, from what i saw so far, not only in team builder, everyone is so damn picky with what they get, last event game, nemesis or wtv. where the enemy got to pick your champ, everyone would leave a second after they saw what they would use wich was just retarded. but my point is, the sooner they see what theyll get, the easier they will regret it. for example if people where not abble to see what champ they woul´ve gotten in nemesis until the match started loading, they wouldnt left. now in team builder, as soon as they see something they dont like, they go away, say support teemo, top malza, anything outside the standards. So, my idea is, team builder should just ask your lane, then build the team, and then you get to pick your champion, just like the standard matchmaking, this way you get both your lane and champ way faster and whiout so much leaving and complaining, you play your way as it was intended. Another good idea i would like to add is encouraging people to play those missing roles, support mainly. when you are about to join a match, you can see what is mostly requested right? then why not give extra ip to those players who play the roles no one else wants. either by a fixed amount or a % of the ip won in the fight. Now, if this was implemented, since noone could see what you would pick, i recomend forcing people to join a team if they are not in a party. i constantly join rooms where someone picks something really usual, like top renekt, or a support but for some reason they create a new team instead of joining. This should improve a lot the waiting times, and reduce people problems in game, instead of forcing them to play the last pick, rewarding them to play what is most needed. thanks to everyone for reading this post. i dont know how to make this idea reach riot since i sincerely think is what is needed. but i guess the game forums is a good way to start. sorry for my bad english, not my main language
