Riven on an energy system

Now before you flip please read this carefully. Ok so we all know the champ she has been called a no skill champion or a highly mechanical champion but we all know if done right she is a fucking monster and can hard carry games that's a fact. Now think of this what if riot gave her energy? This is how it could work make her passive her energy regen mechanic where everytime she uses her empowerd autos she regens (said) amount of it. This way you could make riven take even more skill to play and then BOOM if anybody bitches about her being op you are just good with her. Now with this people are going to call this a huge nerf but you could also buff her damage a bit to make up for it and even if riot doesn't buff her damage she will still be a good champion so you don't and can't complain about spamming skills and taking 0 skill well this is my idea if you like it give it a bump and if you don't give me some reason why and we can do it friendly and non-hostile.
