New honor system key fragments

Key fragments aren't tied to the specific games you play, just the fact that you play games. Thus, they aren't linked to the champions you play either.

I think I figured it out. They don't drop after games, but they give them to you when you login on random days. I logged in and it gave me 2 key fragments, saying I was sportsmanlike.

I'm pretty sure you still do but then again i haven't got a key frag sense the update
