fps drop screen freeze at start of the game min 1 and min 6 and min 8 min 10 min 18

each single game my game drop fps at these times cuz of your stupid anti cheat that try to inject into my cpu at these times i really have no other explanation for that lag and fps drop i want a rioter to explain to me why a 2D GAME with worst graphics between all the moba games gives these fps drops at these exact times ?? it is my pc ?? or i have some corrupted files ?? whats going on with this game ??? i run almost each other game on high or ultra settings with out ever dropping fps lower than 60 and when it comes to league of legends i get fps drops how come?
