Disable New Champions in Ranked Games.

In my opinion, Riot should disable new champions in Ranked at least for a month, because when a new champion gets released, everyone wants to show it off in Ranked and ends up not knowing how he works. Who else agrees?

For a path, this would help prevent OPs, broken, and bugged champs from entering and messing Ranked up.

Other than kids spamming Jhin in every game, it's good because it'll keep OP releases out for a while until they get balanced.
