Hextech Crafting Issue with Drops.

So I've gotten an S rank in a couple games so far today and have yet to receive any type of hextech loot key fragment or chest. No, I don't have the behavior restriction. I don't understand why I'm not at least receiving a key fragment in the games I've been winning but I haven't even been getting that. Please help!?
