Made a video talking about the BE issue

I quit after I didn't get BE for matches. Felt unrewarding AF. When I did finally get to Lv 31, I got 1 shard and disenchanted it for very few essence. NOBODY wants to earn experience. There's no point to have an infinite leveling system. Trash idea is trash. Here's the problem:

There is no such thing as "the idea guy", but there should be. I don't care if he knows how to illustrate or code or do anything as long as he had decent ideas because whoever pulled the trigger on this patch should be looking for a job. I'm sure Blizzard would hire him in a heart beat, they couldn't possibly screw up Diablo 3 any more than it is.
