New Honor System slaps old honor in the face

What happens to my old honor ribbons? They're going away because this is a total system overhaul. Think of this like a Galio-level champ rework, just for a system instead.

This is BULL****. I worked hard, played fair and got through three levels of Honor chests/ribbons and kept them. I've played over 300 games this year and when I play the amount of ribbons on the loading screen has not only decreased but almost disappeared. Every game one player always ask's me"Hey whats that ribbon u have on your loading screen ?" and I was proud to answer.

For it to go away.....Come on Riot... That's a lazy answer. ....I just typed this and can think of two options off the top of my head and your telling me you can't do nothing.........[slayer-jinx-unamused]

. not even:

• An Icon - showing level of old honor received : Red.blue.green. or yellow crest/ribbons u earned?
• Or make a legacy border for previous chest/ribbon earned ? similar to the borders on project\s skin set or conqueror screens ?

There's got to be something you can do for the previous NON TOXIC, GOOD TEAMATE summoner's that earned and continue to promote fair and honest game-play
