How is rek'sai top and kindred/teemo adc now?

I enjoy playing these characters but i'm really bad in jungle so i have tried rek'sai top once and did really well and i have tried kindred adc and it sometimes goes well and sometimes not.

How are these characters in the lanes instead of jungle now and teemo as an adc?

Kindred not so good ,cause he needs to roam for stacks, and ADC roaming loses alot of CS.

You don't need to roam if you target the enemy ADC/support. You get stacks from just killing them in a gank or something.

You dont build stacks fast enough trying to farm them in lane alone unfortunately, Jungle kindred is better than lane kindred in almost every game, partly because they dont get stacks at a good rate in lane, and partly because your AD ratios and base damage aren't good enough to duel early.

Reksai top is good, but she doesn't offer quite as much as power picks like Malphite or Darius. She has decent damage, CC and map presence, but not a lot of any of them.

Teemo is better solo lane than ADC, but he can still technically function.

IDK for kindred, since so many of their mechanics are roundabout ways of saying "play me in the jungle"

Teemo might work as an ADC, the problem is that almost every ADC has a base attack range that is greater than him ( 550 - 525, vs Teemo's 500 ). The only ability Teemo has that can potentially contest with this is his Q, which has a range of 580 (Which is weird to me, since most abilities tend to fall on ranges in multiples of 25.)

About the only ADC who has a range shorter than Teemo's is Graves, and he tends to favor the jungle these days. So it's a pick that runs the risk of seriously backfiring on you if you're not careful. Probably more of a "cheese" pick than anything.
