Good items for Soraka for infinite lane time?

Even if its not soraka, is there a good and rune combos out there that will help me as a support to stay in lane as long as possible while healing my adc and just all round sustain in lane?

I always get 3 Faerie charms when I play her (first back). She can easily heal back any damage she takes. If you want to focus on infinite lane sustain, max Q. Aerie is usually good for supports also

You need To go back once in a while, you know, to upgrade your items, and you’ll generally be doing this with your adc. This depends on your play style. Are you being forced out of lane? Or do you have mana issues? Biscuit (inspiration rune) and manaflow band are your best best for mama sustain. Biscuit also keeps you in lane longer. If you’re being bullied out of lane, the resolve tree is your best bet for surviving a bit longer. Or you could play more passively. Or both.

Don't stay in lane for as long as possible. Only stay when it makes sense to. Go back early when the lane isn't pushing in your favor and the enemy is backed as well. You never want to be forced to fight when you have low mana or they have superior items.

Honestly, as Soraka you can't be a healbot in lane anymore either. You need to be carving our space for yourselves, otherwise you get pushed under tower and without counter pressure (which is scarce bot lane), you'll lose. Your Q and E are far more important than your heal in the laning phase.

On my first back I usually get: item 3098 item 1004 and item 2003 or item 2055 depending on the situation. Some people go boots first instead, but I don't notice a big enough difference compared to the charms.

hi kayle had a sustain/farming problem. idk if she was the only one that was buffed in sustain. they did this by buffing her offense spam yet nerfing heal.... riot doesnt like heal sustain tho...(passive play and unskilled counter??)

idk is there is a true healer in this game, sona??? they took out auras and nerfed her tanky heal.

sense offense is more economical, why not lookinto a harass sustain like onhit/lifesteal. that way, your trade is less likely to be as detrimental. idk if her banana/arc blade will be canceled if you AAcomboed one of her abilitys.

mp5 and hp5 takes to long and is expensive. you'd have to stupid stack it sacrificing or delaying your core build

idk isnt soraka a war goddess anyway?
