A critical error has occured..?

I keep getting kicked out of games and its cost me a whole division. It's happened with the latest patch and kicks me out for 20 seconds 5 times a game. Anyone have any insight on how to fix this? I looked up solutions but nothings worked.

This contributes nothing, but I'm saying it anyway: The critical error that occurred is League of Legends. Ban me if you want, moderators. I could really use an excuse to get me out of having to stream this game.
