Bring the old riot back

What is happening with riot these days? They ban for flaming a few games, when people just can't take the trolling anymore and don't even punish the trolls. More then a few of my friends got chat restricted and some got even banned and they are not ones to easily flame, but then they showed the scores top lane 2 12 full ad teemo with 7k damage in 30 minute game and other similar games. The trolls don't get any sort of punishment not like in the old days. Now its by far worse to flame then to troll. What are you guys doing please stop the trolls and you will see how flaming will decrease.

Also the match making is completely out of balance you either get a good team and crush the enemy or get a team that dies every 2 minutes.

And the funniest part is that they say "We punish them accordingly, you just don't know it", so i played with a smurf account trolled like hell and fed, and at the end reported for verbal abuse, all i got was thanks for the feedback a player has been punished for it, wtf?
