Akali needs another GU

Hi,

I'm just a casual Akali player who fell in love with the old Akali's design. 5 years after I started playing her she got reworked and the visual update really blew me away, honestly I was amazed, bravo. But her current kit is an unbalanceable nightmare. I liked it well enough at first but I'm sick of the constant hate and the constant nerfs. Please just rework her again and make her balanceable so I can enjoy my champion without having to worry about game-changing nerfs every month.

Start from scratch. Remove shroud. Maybe put a focus on her resets this time instead of on the most frustrating ability in her kit.

I'm almost tempted to jump ship after seeing these nerfs but the only other champion I love as much as Akali is Taliyah and she's treated badly in an entirely different way... Apparently this is the year she'll finally get a skin though, so I guess I have that to look forward to.

Agreed. I'd like to see her get another rework kit-wise. Akali I want to learn and enjoy Akali,but it's hard when she gets more and more difficult with each nerf. And it's just sad to see her get so many nerfs in general. Heck,I bought her True Damage skin cause I like the character + the GIANTS music video so much.

And well,there's something clearly wrong if a champ is only good in higher tiers,but almost unplayable everywhere else. Reminds me of Sombra from Overwatch,who I used to main. Decent in higher tiers/pro play,second lowest pickrate/lowest winrate everywhere else.

What are you on? They basically have already removed her shroud, in 10.3 we can consider it removed. The problem is THEY DID NOT FOCUS ENOUGH ON THE SHROUD. SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE 100% SHROUD REALIANT IF OLD AKALI HAD THIS CURRENT SHROUD SHE LITERALLY WOULD BE UNPLAYABLE. This new Akali is so broken and overbearing during the laning phase she can get away with having quite literally the shittest version of Twilight Shroud I have ever seen and still somehow be ok. This current shroud is so BAD and GUTTED compared to what it used to be, it's not even funny. What we need is for them to REVERT shroud to how it used to work in season 5 or I'll even take season 6, NERF her brain dead early game by decreasing all of her base damage, and then give us a way to WIN THE FUCKING GAME. Let us be able to clear jungle camps and large minion waves to further our lead and/or deny the enemy, give us the ability to ROAM, spilt push, take towers, 1v1, teamfight, SOMETHING, anything to help us actually win and be more than just an annoying %%%% in the laning phase.
