How can I make it so when I press w and my cursor is on someone, I leap to them, but when Nobody is around my cursor, it just self casts on myself? i've tried quick cast + self cast but it does nothing.

Getting sick of moving the cursor to my character.

Press alt and W. I do believe that makes it self cast.
