I dont know if i put it here buuut.... What is the difference of building a weapon and buying it straight

Im not sure if I understand your question correctly however.

buying a part of the item(weapon) gives you stats based on the part you bought. if you can afford to buy the item (weapon) straight, then their is no difference.

I can try, but its pretty simple once you experience it yourself. you play 10 games and Riot will place you in a rank they believe you deserve.

the RANKS are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Masters, Challenger each rank has 5 TIERS (example: Bronze 5 -> Bronze 4 ->Bronze 3 ->Bronze 2 ->Bronze 1) you move up tiers from 5 to 1

every game you win you gain points, and when you lose you lose points. when you get 100 points you qualify for the next TIER. to advance the qualifying stage you have to win 2-3 games (example to go from bronze 2 to bronze 1 you need to win 2/3 games in qualifying)

however if you want to advance to the next RANK you have to reach the qualifying stage on the 1st TIER of whatever rank your in and win 3-5 games instead. (example to go from bronze 1 to silver 5 you need to win 3/5 games in qualifying)

if you fail the qualifying stage, but you reach it a 2nd time you automatically start with 1 free win.

If you have the free item slots its good to build it up when you return to base to get earlier power and to keep up with the enemy laners, The price will be the same either way.

Ex: Wouldn't you rather stop by to add a little more vertical to your dunk than waiting and letting the other team score a few.

If you are thinking that you may save money if you buy the weapon straight, you don't. It cost the same either way, so buy the parts and work up to the weapons or you will have a tough time lol.

Well, it generally lets you get through laning phase and teamfighting better. Cause you will have good stats during the fights and you get better and better overtime. Some champions excels at doing this and we call it snowballing
