Taric should be able to clarify his q charges
If a teammate need's healing I should be able to tell them to wait until I'm at 3 charges for the better heal. If I ping my q it should say the amount of charges, like when you ping relic shield.

Same with GP barrels.
I can't do shit with 1 barrel, but if I ping it, it'll say it's ready, which makes my teammates think I'm able to do something.
Just dont use your heal until you have 3 charges, they dont need to know whether you have it or not
my only question here is why are you relying on that thing other than a reliable way to get your passive multiple times during a trade for your other skills to get off cooldown
I mean, I think that all abilities with charges need to have the ability to pinged in game but I disagree with you for the reasoning behind why taric's q needs to be pinged. Taric q, even maxed, doesn't make that much of a difference (especially in lane) in terms of healing an ally
