Draven is a adc that we haven't seen really in competive play since s4 when aatrox was meta AATROX and just like him we havnt seen him in forever. The only time I see him is when I'm on my second account in bronze but every where else he just kinda sucks he needs some sort of buff that makes him less live or die like his passive being changed again because at first it was the bleed but that was WAYYYY to broken for a adc so maybe it can be based on your axes where u catch a certain amount axes then your next axe thrown will give u some sort of buff like extra damage or a crit like jhin 4th shot ok maybe not the crit that might be op but extra damage or like the bleed passive combined with the one I suggested might work idk let me know what u think I'm the comments below also the name for the passive exicutionerr
