Get the feeling the Season 5 Ohmwrecker will be the new early Season 3 Locket of the Iron Solari

For those unfamiliar with the Season 3 Locket, it used to provide the same shield but was built from a Kindlegem and if memory serves correctly cloth armor and health regen components (I want to say Emblem of Valor with the health regen aura). It provided health, CDR and armor at a pretty affordable cost. It was one of a few items that junglers seemed to rush early as it provided good stats and provided extra security in ganks even under towers.

The Season 5 Ohmwrecker provides the same type of stats (health, CDR, armor, regen) and builds from affordable components (Kindlegem and Raptor Cloak). It provides the exact stats you would want for a turret dive while having an active that can help with tower diving as well. I feel that the new Ohmwrecker is among the likely items to be rushed out of the jungle after 1st upgrading the machete for tanks and may find a home for supports like Leona and Braum as well.
