There's just a lot wrong with jungling right now. For one, the type of people who usually do it are kill-focused and jump in your lane without asking and dive champions they can't kill, usually with a buff that's lost in the process. The second type are the ones who just farm buffs and do nothing to help push turrets, get dragons, etc.
I jungle time to time, and I try to help every lane as much as possible. I don't find it difficult, but I do see how easily it is abused from the amount of gold you can make on camp clears. The main problem is when one jungler spends all their time ganking and the other doesn't gank once, its just sad. The experience staying in jungle is abysmal, the gold is good, but you have to get out now and then to catch up on level. Problem is, most junglers leap out and take a low health kill you spent your flash on or your ult to get and they don't really care.
Another thing I'd love to see fixed is leashing - Why can't the person giving a leash get some type of reward for missing an entire wave of cs and experience? I've been asked to leash time and time again and I go into lane as my opponent hits 2 with no XP and no gold/cs. People who leash should get a small gold bonus and half-XP to level 2 so they can compete better as they lost an entire wave.
