Jungle needs to be removed or unskilled needs to be a reportable offense in ranked

Honestly, I'm so sick of this role doing absolutely nothing for the game. I understand that at the core, it's a counter balance for laners getting counter picked or a good way for a lane to come back. This is just a horrid mechanic to try and balance riot's blatant failure to make counter picks less debilitating.

From Iron all the way to Diamond, it's a cluster fuck of junglers either hard carrying every match because it's impossible to shut down a strong jungler once he gets ahead on the right champ OR the jungler just doing absolutely nothing short of inting, but because he only fails ganking twice before just ceasing to gank altogether he is unreportable.

I think it would make the game way more skill intensive and fun if jungle was removed from the game, but at the very least they need to add unskilled back to ranked reports so these garbage players abusing this role can learn to play the game at the correct elo for their skill.
