Garen's Demacian Shout
The reworked 
's W it's now a stacking abillity,meaning you can't use it(if i'm wrong sorry) meaning you can't shout anymore "DEMACIA".Can you do something to keep that shout that we all love?

R1102 votesYou can still activate it for the % damage reduction. It's just the passive that is being changed and the loss of tenacity upon activation. There will still be plenty DEMACIA's heard across the battlefield :)
