Well, the incentives work.

Ever since they brought out level 6 and 7 champion levels, I've been wanting to get my Yi and Katarina to level 7. Problem is, before this system came into place, I had gotten chat restrictions due to past negative behaviors where I was in a few games with a troll or two or three. Long story short, I lost my cool, simple as that, not going to make an excuse for my behavior, but what I will say is I wanted the new champion levels, couldn't get them due to previous negative behaviors, 7 months later, I am now able to get them and key fragments. Never again will I reply to a troll, I'll just use the mute function as it was designed to be used.
