why always match with some troll player with me

thank you for get me demoted from plat5 to gold2 and also win some games earn some little point and when i lose the game lost double amount of points what kind of stuff is that. this stuff is just telling me to get demoted. can we do somthing about it? 5out of 10game always some troll player feed and afk later can you guys fix this problem
