help please someone

i am losing literally ever match suddenly -20 lp every loss,

i have no clue how to stop this loss streak, i climbed out of bronze 5 into silver 5, got into my promos to silver 4 then suddenly went on an insane loss streak like ive never felt before

i am not saying im amazing or anything, but how do i even deal with people going 0/13 and double death counts and atleast 4 deaths by 5 mins. last game i played with jhin had a team that decided to invade than feed going in one after another after i was crying to the team to please stop,

this contiuned as top fed and began to go spec ops the line for half the game ignoring my team or in other games try to compete with me in kills

anyways im tilted,

if anyone sees my past games what the heck could i be doing better and stop this terrible chain of -20 lp, gain 15 chain

i dont know how i can stop this when the fabled "my team is feeding" event happens.

and yes i do have a few i did horrible and accept that a threw those games cause i got uterlly stomped myself i am thinking of just making a new account because this is really,
