Auto Position Lockers

Wanting to know if these are actually legal to use or not. My only reason for interest is because due to my location and the server I use to play with international friends, I am often 3-6 seconds behind everyone else's accept screen in champion select, which usually means well and truly no time to type or even copy paste and send my lane position.

Now I can't seem to find an answer anywhere on google, so if someone could totally answer this accurately and honestly, I would be grateful. If these are legal, can someone please link a decent or new version of one of these please.
