Who are ghe most underated but strong

Well theres talon, amumu, rammus for a start

I think the title of most under rated goes to

Not that I play him much, but he's reputable for his success despite his lack of popularity.

Sion is pretty powerful when used properly.

Zilean mid. His utility is god-like. With a rod he basically 60% someone with a q w q combo and forces them to B in lane. along with thunderlords, his dmg potential is much higher Slow against bruisers. Speed up ADC for Vayne. Aoe burst, it basically scatters the enemy tank and the carries apart And R is really nice because it counters pick-heavy comps and forces mid to not snowball easily..

secret picks: Khazix mid, and yi top

. Best under rated jungle. He has cc, damage, movement speed, an ult that forces the carriers to build qss, and a good clear speed because of his passive. I played him before the juggernaut rework and after that and I only lost 2 games out of 10.
