Sejuani "E" or Permafrost Clarity rework!

Hi, so i recently bought **Sejuani **and I've been playing her quite a bit recently. She is quite a strong champion both jungle and mid (yes mid seju), but one thing I've found annoying is that when theres a champion among a group of minions or jungle creeps and you aim your Q/W/R towards them, it is difficult to see whether you've hit the said champion as the frost debuff is almost a transparent sheet of a snow. Now you might not think this is a big deal, however Sejuani's E (F works that if any enemy unit in her range has the Frost debuff gets damaged (based on skill level + AP) and slows them for an additional amount. This is where it makes the difference, going back to that situation mentioned earlier, it is hard to tell if the Frost is applied on the champion/s that you are targeting, and as such the Sejuani player might waste Permafrost (your E) on a couple of useless minions (no offense minions) or jungle creeps. Now I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one finding difficulty in this, I've also seen Diamond 1 Sejuani mains (yes they do exist) that have face-palmed in agony as they waste their E on minions/monsters. All i'm suggesting here is that Riot should make an indicator for when a Champion with the frost debuff is affected within the E range. AKA change the ability portrait to like a darker blue or purple or something (whatever Riot deems best i dunno) or make a faint dark blue/red outline around champions that are affected by Frost, because at the moment, it is really hard to tell whether your abilities/autos have hit them.

Thanks~ for reading, Blizzard9789, AP Sejuani mid enthusiast :3

While I don't have this problem personally, changes that increase clarity without costing anything else are no-brainers.
