How can I play a normal game?

I've always had to play with smurf account people but lately its too the point where Im getting owned so badly that this game isn't fun to play, bots isn't challenging but playing normal's is getting to a point where this games just lame cause of all those gamers that play this so much that they're unreal when playing. Please tell me there's a way I can find other normal level 19s just wanting to play this game?? Thanks :)
