disregardable1 votesProbably better off with a BT than a black cleaver, You're never gonna use that passive, and triforce already gives you Phage's passive. Swap the Shiv for Ghostblade if you want more CDR.
Kaxi1 votesI'd actually argue that Lucian is one of the better Black Cleaver users since his ultimate does physical damage, proc'ing the Black Cleaver debuffs and movement. It's the Trinity Force that I believe it wasted and should be replaced with Bloodthirster. Or, hell, throw in a Youmuu's Ghostblade for the Armor Pen and Active+Ult OPness.
Serevas1 votesI think last whisper is a far better option than cleaver. You can only stack up cleaver with your ultimate once in a fight, and even then it's usually only on a single person.
I think I'd look for a build to look like this if OP wanted to stick with TriForce

Serevas1 votesI can see it in addition to, but with the current top lane champions, you're likely to have a cleaver on your team anyway, and it works better in their kit than in Lucian's. It's certainly always an option, and it's never really a detriment to have more than one on your team for faster stacking, but it just feels like there are better options for an ADC to pick up in my opinion anyway.

I'm not a big fan of black cleaver on ADCs Last Whisper works far better and gives more armor penetration, while it's also instantaneous rather than having to stack it up. Essence Reaver is actually a fine item for an earlier powerspike than BT, but it looked like you were building towards BT anyway, which confuses me.
I know there are people who like the Trinity Force Lucian build, I'm not a fan because of how long it takes to do any damage, as I assume TriForce was your first item. It has some pretty good synergy with Lucian's kit because you're supposed to be weaving your spell into your auto attacks, but it just feels like Lucian takes so much longer to ramp up to a threat, rather than grabbing bigger damage items earlier and running for an infinity edge or BT instead.
I at the very least would suggest Last whisper in place of Black Cleaver, it just works better on ADCs. Not to mention that you'll typically have a Black Cleaver on your team with the current meta anyway.
Kaxi1 votesThat doesn't look crit-independent to me. A high-CDR low-crit build, in my eyes, would be something like this (which I've built)...
Boots of Lucidity, Youmuu's Ghostblade, Bloodthirtster, Blade of the Ruined King, Essence Reaver, and one of Trinity Force/Black Cleaver/Last Whisper.

Another note, you're double-stacking on Rage passives with TF and BC. I'd recommend Youmuu's instead of BC /or/ TF since the active used just before the ultimate gives it a massive spike in dps. Also, if you go Black Cleaver on top of the build, Berserker's Greaves of course are better than Lucidity.

Of course I'm Low Elo so it might not be efficient but I honestly find it kinda fun. Is that wrong?
