I want to know whats so hard about this game from you the average player It just looks like everyone just mentally tabs out when they boot this game, just mindlessly chase kills, auto push waves etc etc i Genuinely want to know whats so hard about this game from you players. Laning? Match ups? Knowing what macro even is
Well you see a tank has less hp than an ADC Braum
most people cant handle taking in all the information that is thrown at them on their screen while they play. let along be able to actually understand that information then figure out how to use it and put it into a plan. and then communicate it effectively to their teammates.
This is why even in pro play today a good shot caller is worth their weight in gold.
Most players know what their champ does have a general idea of what other champs do.
Understand they need gold and to push towers to kill the enemy base.
They dont understand. match ups. cdrs. runes. cooldowns. builds. items. macro play. wave control. micro play. orb walking. attack moving. warding. vision control. objective control. level advantages. item spikes. ect ect on and on
For me, it's playing vs opponents severe gold leads. That shit just grinds me inside. Nothing more unfun than playing 10 minutes into a game with a scoreline like 5-17. I just want out of such matches asap but no one ever wants to surrender and they just go on to feed endlessly. Like how the fuck is that fun? That's my number one gripe about this game. It's very rare that matches are actually fun.
Macro hurts my head, even at level 311, and assessing threats like how the 0/11 yasuo can win
being denied gold by either not knowing how to farm very well or by enemy playing a wave pusher cancer like yasuo if you don't have enough gold you can't build items at a timely manner and you are useless
enemies not respecting you and bullying you unless you get fed then they are forced to respect you, can't get fed every game
failing at opportunities to outplay enemies or not seeing them
allies are not allies sometimes they are just a walking 300 gold check
I always mentally tab out, game 2 hard
I've honestly always had trouble with how much is on-screen sometimes. Once you have 10 players using abilities all at once in one place, its kinda hard to know whats going on. I've always liked 3v3 for that, shame that mode is left untouched.
